Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Metinc LLC (“Metinc,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your access to and use of metinc.com and related content and services (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Use of the website
You may use the Site for lawful, informational, and business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Site.
- Introduce malware, scrape at scale, or place undue load on our infrastructure.

Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, frameworks, methodologies, trust scoring concepts, software, and design — are owned by or licensed to Metinc and are protected by intellectual property laws. “Metinc” and associated marks are the property of Metinc LLC.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for your internal, informational use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring that any information you provide to us is accurate and lawful.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of any non-public materials we share with you.
- Conducting your own due diligence and decision-making with respect to any AI system, agent, MCP server, vendor, or platform.
- Complying with all laws and obligations applicable to your use of the Site.

Trust Scores, Risk Ratings, MCP Reviews, governance reviews, and related outputs are provided for informational purposes only. They are not legal, security, compliance, regulatory, audit, or certification determinations, and they do not guarantee the security, compliance, safety, reliability, or behavior of any AI system. You remain solely responsible for your own due diligence, risk management, compliance obligations, and security decisions. Metinc does not provide legal advice or regulatory certifications.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all content and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metinc disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metinc and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Site or any reliance on its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, Metinc’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or resources that we do not own or control. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, practices, or availability of any third-party site. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Service modifications
Metinc is actively developing its platform and services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or its content at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the “Effective” date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
