Responsibilities and Duties:
· Should also be results-driven and help us achieve our revenue goals
· Should be able to achieve sales and profitability objectives by effectively managing new and existing accounts.
· Prepare / Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
· Seize opportunities to up sell products or services when they arise
· Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
· Maintains advanced knowledge of products and services; establishes, collaborate and meets sales goals.
Qualifications:
· Any bachelor’s degree; Preferably Engineering with MBA.
· Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
· Experience with lead generation, prospect management & Sales in B2B domain
· 2.5 to 5 years of experience in sales process from initiation to closing
Personal Competencies:
· Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
· Should have a proven track record of target achievement
· Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.
· Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives Customer-obsessed and ready to solve the changing needs of our clients
· Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
